THE ART OF WINE WORKSHOP

This three-hour workshop in acrylic stain is
geared toward the novice or amateur painter.
Professionals are encouraged to participate.
The Workshop…
Enjoy wine tasting and art under the influence and close tutelage of Artist David SchwARTZ who will guide you through a still life painting in the style of abstract impressionist Helen Frankenthaler.
SchwARTZ, who may be best known for his work on the American flag as canvas as well as his Main Street USA series, made his international debut in 2007 at the Bienalle Internazionale dell’Arte Contemporanea.
During the three hour workshop, students will work toward the completion of a still life on an 18 x 24 inch canvas. All materials included. Casual dress in clothing appropriate for painting. Students must be 21 and over to participate.
$600 Gift Certificate for Class of Four or Fewer Students Includes:
Instruction, materials and set-up for up to four students
Three bottles of wine
Cheese, nut and olive platter
The Fine Print…
Additional students may be added up to 24 hours prior to the class at $99 per student. No more than 12 students. Class will be held at the Artist’s home in Channel Islands Harbor unless otherwise negotiated with round-trip mileage at $1/mile within Los Angeles and Ventura Counties, otherwise travel/lodging charges may apply. The artist is not available from sundown on Friday night through sundown on Saturday night.
